DIY: Another try

Hi to all/ Assalamu alaykum,

Insha'Allah you are all in good health.

Since my pregnancy is over I have, alhamdulillah, some energy to do
things again. I thought of joining the Kids Clothes Week over on http://www.elsiemarley.com/.
Of which I came to know on one of my favorite sewingblogs. Now I
only follow 3 or 4 sewing blogs and the rest of blogs are of my fellow
sisters. Please feel free to  dispose your favorite blog  in the
comment section.

But anyhow, now I got the energy I don't really have the time. So the
one hour everyday for a week, what were the rules for the Kids Clothes
Week, resulted in not even an hour in the whole week. But
alhamdulillah at least it's something.

I'm making a pair of pants for Little One, made from an old pair of pants of mine.
Next to that I have some things I want to make: gloves for Little Two, a Kameez for Little One and I have to make some shalwars shorter. Insha'Allah I remember to take pictures so you can see the results and the making of.

For the result of the pants you have to wait at least another week.

Well I can't say I received nothing I wanted, cause I did receive things I wanted, but the last part is nice in my opinion. Sometimes you get things or things happen of which you think 'WHY', but later on it turned out to be for the good.

Hi to all/ Assalamu alaykum,

Insha'Allah you are all doing fine. Alhamdulillah I am, and my family as well.

I've been thinking lately, cause the last weeks a lot of blogpost ideas arise in my mind. The computer though is a no go area if Little One is awake, which is almost the whole day. Cause in the evening we usually go to bed at more or less the same time and the same for waking up in the morning.'
Now I had seen a while back some option to post through email or something like that. Insha'Allah that will work for me.

Usually when Little Two wakes up for drink in the night I stroll the internet on my mobile phone, but for some reason I can't open blogger.com on it. So insha'Allah the email thing will work for me.

I'm now going to read how that all works so insha'Allah I will be posting more regularly soon.

I read this verse some days ago on the blog of a sister. She was talking about faith and (our) kids. At that moment I was drawn to this verse and wanted to share it with you people. So here it is.

Sahih International

Never will you attain the good [reward] until you spend [in the way of Allah ] from that which you love. And whatever you spend - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it.

I think it's important to share with others, not keep something behind because you love it so much. Because anyway you will lose it someday or it might break(depends on what it is). (No I'm not a scholar to know exactly what this verse means, but by reading it this came to my mind. Just want to make clear that it's not an explanation of this verse)

Late again

Hi to all/ Assalamu alaykum,

Again late with friday wisdom. I will post 2 the coming week insha'Allah. I did have a nice quote but no time yesterday to put a nice text with it.

I'm gonna try to make one day free to do all blog posts, so I can already put the friday wisdom posts ready. Now sometimes it's friday and I don't get the time to do a nice post. Plus that sometimes I have Ideas but don't see the chance to work them out.

So stay tuned for coming week cause than I will post the quote of this week and the one who is suppose to come on friday, insha'Allah.
